Recruit 619 was founded by Josh Monroe. The name draws from Hebrews 6:19 — hope as an “anchor for our souls.” That idea sits under everything we do: steady relationships, honest counsel, and placements that give people and companies a firmer footing.
Our roots combine a passion for construction and real estate with deep recruiting expertise. Headquartered in Carmel / Indianapolis, we serve clients and candidates nationally across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.
