Recruit 619 (“we,” “us”) operates recruit619.com and related recruiting services. The careers portal at portal.recruit619.com is a separate product with its own access controls; this policy covers the public marketing site and how we use inquiry and application information shared with our team.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, message) via forms or email.
• Application materials you choose to share (résumé, work history, role preferences) when applying through the careers portal or by email.
• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics or hosting logs are enabled.

How we use information

• To respond to hiring and career inquiries.
• To evaluate candidates for open or future roles with client employers.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and recruiting operations.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We may share candidate information with prospective employers in connection with a search, and with service providers who help us operate email, hosting, or applicant systems — under appropriate confidentiality. We do not sell personal information. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS)

With your consent, we may send you text messages about your job application, job opportunities, and interview scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent or share SMS opt-in data, SMS consent or mobile phone numbers with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses no advertising cookies. When Google Analytics is turned on, a notice at the bottom of the page asks first, and Google Analytics loads only after you accept. A browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as declining. Your choice is stored in your browser; change it any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, or control cookies through your browser settings.

The same notice covers our own first-party visit cookie. If you accept, we set one cookie (r619_vid, a random id kept up to 13 months) and record which pages of recruit619.com you view, roughly how long, and whether you start or send a form or click Team login. We store page addresses only, never what you type, and we do not store your IP address. Browsers sending Do Not Track are treated as declining too.

These visits stay anonymous unless you tell us who you are: when you send one of our forms with your email, or click a link in an email we sent you, we connect your visits to your record with us so the right recruiter can follow up. We do not buy data about visitors, look up companies from IP addresses, or share this activity with advertisers. To have your website activity removed, email us at the address below.

Email tracking

Emails we send may include a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, so we can see which messages are useful and follow up at the right time. Links back to recruit619.com carry a short signed code (not your email address) that identifies the email it came from. Many email apps let you block images to turn off open tracking.

Data retention

We retain recruiting and contact records as needed for legitimate business purposes and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed. Raw website-visit records are deleted after 13 months.
