Executive Search
Leadership search for positions with significant organizational impact.
These searches are not a longer version of a job post. We work the market, the confidential network and the business problem behind the seat — compensation, team, timing and what success actually looks like in the first year.
If the brief is wrong, we will say so before you spend a quarter interviewing the wrong profile.
When executive search makes sense
Executive search is the right tool when the hire changes a team, a P&L or the direction of the business — and when the person you need is unlikely to answer a public posting.
That includes confidential replacements, first-time leadership seats and roles where industry experience, judgment and credibility matter as much as the title.
Why leadership searches are different
A leadership search fails when it treats a résumé as proof. The work is understanding what the seat has to change, who can actually do that work and whether the market will support the brief.
Compensation, reporting lines, geography and how fast you can decide all affect who will take the conversation seriously.
What we evaluate beyond the résumé
We look at what someone has actually accomplished — not only where they have sat. Scope, the problems they inherited, the teams they built and whether their next move matches this one.
Motivation, fit and readiness still require conversation. A keyword match does not replace that.
Passive and confidential sourcing
Many of the people you want are already working and will not click Apply. We source and recruit beyond the applicant pool, including conversations that have to stay confidential until both sides are ready.
Compensation and market calibration
If compensation, geography, experience or expectations are working against the search, the earlier that is said, the better. Our job is not to keep pretending the brief will work.
How executive search works with Recruit 619
Tell us the problem before you tell us the title. We calibrate the search, recruit beyond applicants, vet before presenting and keep both sides moving while the opportunity is still real.
Leadership work often sits next to sales, operations and industry-specific seats. If a different engagement — direct hire or recruiting support — is the better fit, we will say so.
