Dennis brings 30+ years in recruiting and talent. He spent 22 years as Managing Partner at PrincetonOne Search/MRI Sales Consultants of Indianapolis, served as In-House Director of Talent Attraction at DEFENDERS, and has led talent teams responsible for 1,200+ annual hires, helping build a staffing company from startup to $40M+ in annual revenue. He is a lifelong President’s Club Award Winner and a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington.
